These Terms govern your use of the Lunaffirm app ("Lunaffirm," "we," "us"). By downloading or using Lunaffirm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lunaffirm on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Your content

Affirmations you record are yours. They are stored on your device, and — if you create an account — backed up to your account so you can restore them on another device (see our Privacy Policy). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and play back your content to you. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. You are responsible for the content you record.

Accounts & cloud sync

You can use Lunaffirm without an account (everything stays on your device) or sign in with Apple, Google, or email to back up and sync your recordings, settings, and stats. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from You → Account & privacy. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is accessible only to your account.

Subscriptions & billing

• Lunaffirm offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Lunaffirm Premium"), which may include a free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Not medical advice

Lunaffirm is a wellness and relaxation app. Its affirmations, sounds, and features are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional care. If you have a health concern, including a sleep disorder or mental-health condition, consult a qualified professional. Do not rely on the app's wake alarm as your sole means of waking for safety-critical situations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Lunaffirm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
